  • Generated content: LinkedIn posts and drafts created by our AI from your entries
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store card details
  • Usage data: How you interact with the service, features used, and preferences
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the ProFeed service and transform your notes into LinkedIn content
  • Process your voice notes and text through AI to generate draft posts
  • Send you service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
  • Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Respond to your support requests

3. AI Processing

This is important: ProFeed uses artificial intelligence to transform your notes into LinkedIn content.

  • Your voice notes and text entries are sent to AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) for processing
  • We use these services solely to generate content based on your inputs
  • Your content is NOT used to train AI models — neither by us nor our AI providers
  • AI-generated content may not be perfect; you are responsible for reviewing and editing before posting
  • You can delete your entries at any time, which removes them from our systems

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us operate:

  • Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
  • Anthropic and OpenAI: AI processing for content generation
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Analytics providers: To understand usage (anonymised where possible)
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights

5. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Content: Retained until you delete it or close your account
  • Payment records: Retained as required for tax and legal purposes
  • You can request deletion of your account and data at any time
  • Upon deletion request, we remove your data within 30 days (except where legally required to retain)

Under UK GDPR and data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
