By accessing or using ProFeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

ProFeed is a career documentation tool that:

• Allows you to capture voice notes and text entries about your work
• Uses AI to transform your entries into LinkedIn-ready content
• Provides tools for editing, reviewing, and exporting your content
• Offers features like Flight Check for content review before posting

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Your Content

Regarding the content you create:

• You own your original content (voice notes, text entries, edits)
• You grant us a licence to process your content to provide the service
• This licence includes using AI to generate drafts from your content
• We don't claim ownership of your content or AI-generated outputs
• You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe others' rights

5. AI-Generated Content

Important disclaimers about AI-generated content:

• AI outputs are suggestions — you must review before using
• We don't guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI outputs
• You're solely responsible for content you post on LinkedIn or elsewhere
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results
• Always review and edit AI-generated content before publishing

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Violate LinkedIn's terms of service when using exported content

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated

8. Termination

Regarding account termination:

• You can close your account at any time from your settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you lose access to the service and your data
• We may retain certain data as required by law
• Termination doesn't affect rights that accrued before termination

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• This includes damages arising from use of AI-generated content
• Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If you're in the EU, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
